The lovely folks from Ideal Day Family Brewery in Cornwall will have their beers featured on our taps at The Pembury Tavern from Thursday, the 30th of October until Sunday, the 2nd of November.

Ideal Day are a family brewery set up by Nia and James Rylance in the Cornish countryside town of Lostwithiel. They founded the brewery in 2022, focusing on ingredients such as regenerative wheat, heritage barely and whole flower British hops from Hukins Hops.

Expect a diverse beer line up from Ideal Day to include some fantastic cask and keg selections inspired by British and European brewing heritage. We’ll have lagers as well as ales from this exciting brewery, so keep an eye out for the beer list soon.
